Hello,

After reinstalling a back-up version of our website, pagebuilder suddenly didn’t load anymore.
We have WP version 4.4.2.
Does someone maybe know the solution for this?
Thank you,

J.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi J,

Could you please provide more information about the backup. Is this on a different server? What plugin was used to backup? Why did you backup? (as in, was the backup due to SiteOrigin Page Builder) What do you mean by load anymore – is there an error, or will the plugin not activate? Not load?

Hello, Thank you very much for your help. Luckily we already managed to solve the problem. We solved the problem by reinstalling the WordPress version, reset the wp-config file and than only took the theme from the back-up and uploaded it to the server.
We used filezilla for our back-up. When we clicked on the edit button nothing showed up, but it just kept on loading.
But right now everything works again.
