Hi,
after watching a video about your page builder I decided to use it with one of your themes (vantage premium).
The main problem is that it doesn´t display right. When I click “edit” on a widget in the builder it seems like the background of the editing popup is missing. This is really annoying as I have to mark everything to be able to read it. Please tell me there is an easy solution, as I am relatively new to all this. I tried different browsers.
Another annoying thing that I was wondering about is the modification of the with of the modules. In some videos I´ve seen people simply dragging them, freely changing which module is how wide. This doesn´t work for me at all.
Oh and I don´t have that “Add Media” Button when I´m working in the backend page builder, which doesn´t really bother me, as I can simply add the media as the widget I need. I wanted to mention it although.

Widget Display: Head to Dashboard > Updates and run any available updates. Next try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-testing. This is most likely a plugin conflict.
Width: It’s not possible to change widget width but you can change column widths. Check that you’ve inserted columns and that you’ve placed your mouse right in the gap between two columns, that’s the only place you can re-size from.
Add Media: The Add Media has been removed due to various compatibility challenges. Try the Visual Editor widget which has an Add Media button. To get access to that widget, first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/

thanks for the reply.
I did all the possible updates. I tried deactivating one plugin after the other but nothing changed. I also tried to deinstall the builder and install it from a fresh .zip from your website again. I even tried deactivating my german language package.
I meant the with of the collums. They are not changing. If I klick in the gap between the collums, nothing happens.
Do I need to install something on my computer to make it work maybe?
Please try de-activating all plugins at once except for Page Builder and see if that gets a different result. So turn all plugins off at one time but leave Page Builder on.
If you have another theme besides Vantage activated please revert to Vantage.

I turned everything off and uninstalled all other themes. Still the same problems.
Now it´s kind of live, as I also turned the Maintenance-Mode off.
