page builder doesn’t appear when editing pages! cannot add new content

I am using a child sydney theme with the latest version of page builder as well as the site origins widgets tool.

I have tried the following:

-deactiate all plugins and activate only page builder and site origins widget bundle- issue persists

the website I am using is www.yogawithryan.com

Please let me know what I should do next.

Side note: this issue has happened before but I can’t remember the fix.
Another side note: the images in my media library do not seem to load on my end, like when i am uploading media, rather they appear as small little blue boxes with white question marks in the center.

    Hi Ryan,

    Based on the side note, this sounds like it could be a CORS issue. Can you please open a page (as in, on the backend, not the frontend) that should have SiteOrigin page Builder present and Could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks. I stand corrected, this is a “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH” issue. Please run Velvet Blues Update URLs and replace 97c.0f7.myftpupload.com with yogawithryan.com. If that doesn’t help, I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for advice.
