Page Builder does not appear in Posts section. I do have it enabled for such in the settings. It does appear in Pages however.

If Posts are enabled at SettingsPage BuilderGeneral: Post Types and the Page Builder tab isn’t appearing perhaps also check that Use Classic Editor for new posts is enabled. This is applicable if you’re using WordPress 5+ but aren’t using the Classic Editor plugin.
