My website is only displaying one line of text/one letter and no pictures.
My website did not look like that the other day when I was changing a few things.
I did update Page Builder Plugin today when I first logged on. I’m not sure if that caused the problem.
My website is http://www.rlkenderson.com/. The homepage and few others are fine but most show only one line of text all the way down and my pictures aren’t showing up on those pages too.
Thank you for your help.
Hi R.L,
I’m sorry to hear about this! I’ve had a quick look at a few of the pages on your website (at least a dozen or so) and I can’t seem to see this issue anywhere. Can you link me to a page that specifically has problems so I can take a look? Sorry about this!

I just checked a couple of things and it seems to only be happening when I use Chrome. When I use Firefox or Microsoft Edge it looks normal. So I don’t know what that means.
Hi R.L,
Oddly, I just had a look and the page is coming through fine for me. Hm, can you please clarify what version of Chrome you’re using? You can check this by pressing the right dot button in the top right-hand corner
If it’s not up to date, can you please try updating it (and telling me what version you’re using)?
If it is up to date, does the issue occur when logged out in Chrome?
Hi Alex,
Thank you for all your help! Yes, my Chrome is up-to-date, unfortunately. I tried logging out and logging back in. I deleted my cookies. I turned my computer off and restarted it. I’ve done everything I can think of it still looks the same. (I posted a screenshot of it on Facebook if you wanted to see what I see. https://www.facebook.com/rlkenderson/photos/a.326974067393180.74743.308044965952757/1304176979672879/?type=3&theater) I would think it’s just my computer, except I saw another post of someone having the same problem.
Hi Alex,
I looked at other threads and I followed this advice and it worked. Thread: Conflict with latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder Plugin and WP-Optimize. So, right now I’ll stick with the last version of Site Builder. Thank you for all your help!
R.L.
Hi R.L,
Sorry mate, at the time, I wasn’t aware that this was a general update issue. We’ll definitally be resolving this issue in the next update – sorry about this! :(
