Page Builder Disappeared Totally – says it’s still installed

Hi,

My Page Builder totally disappeared, even after I’ve used it several times already. The tab is gone, and it no longer appears in my Plugins. So I tried to reinstall it, then I’m told that it’s already installed. I don’t know what else to do since it says it’s installed but I can’t find it anywhere and can’t use it. Help!

    Hi Katie,

    This, sadly, is a sign of a broken plugin directory. This can sometimes happen when uninstalling or installing plugins. :(

    To resolve this issue you’ll need to manually remove the plugin directory. To do this, you’ll need to use FTP so if you need assistance with doing this I would recommend contacting your hosting provider.
