Page Builder disappeared from my working space

Hello again,
I posted a thread yesterday concerning minor settings, but I now have a major problem, I really need you help.
I’m using the Page Builder by SiteOrigin for Create and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for Create, which came with the theme Create when I bought it.
I tried to desactive the plug-in (only the Widget bundel for Create), to make sure it wasn’t interfering with other widget plug-ins, and causing some problems.
But when I tried to activate it again, I lost all my work, on all my pages. I only have the code, and the visual, the Page Builder tool is there, but at the bottom of my pages, and it doesn’t seem to work (when I try to use it, nothing happens)
Is there a way to re-set it as it was before ?

(I tried to use my back up but didn’t work either)

Thanks a lot for your help.
Isabelle

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ziabelle,

Hm, that’s really odd. Just to confirm; your page builder typically looks like this correct?

If it does would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hello Alex,
    Thanks for your answer.
I found the solution. Actually, an update of my theme Create came out at the same moment, so I used that one to re-install the plug-ins and it worked.
So everything is back to normal now.

I’ve got a similar problem. I moved the website to a new hosting service. Installed all the same plugins. When I go to edit a page, I get tabs for Visual and Text, but no Page Builder items.

There is a Page Builder block below the edit window, but it doesn’t do anything when I try to expand it.

I just updated to WordPress 4.5 and I have the latest version of Page Builder.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Jimward,

Could you send me a list of your plugins so I can confirm any potential conflicts?

    All in One SEO Pack
    Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
    Event Registration
    Google Calendar Widget
    mp3 jPlayer
    Reveal IDs for WP Admin
    SiteOrigin Panels
    SiteOrigin Widgets bundle
    Updraft Plus backup
    WP Members

I tried deactivating a bunch of these with no results. mp3 jPlayer isn’t working, either, so I certainly have issues.

Okay, I need to ask you for more information but said information will require a new thread. Can you please start a new thread with your question? We can only offer you the best support possible when you’re the owner of a thread.

I used the folders list for this. I think the folder named site0rigin-panels is actually Page Builder.
