I just experienced the same issue as a number of posters — as soon as I updated to WP 4.5.2 the page builder tabs disappeared on new pages I was creating for the first time with Page Builder. Also, when I go the Page Builder under Settings, none of the 4 tabs are active (General, Widgets, Layout, Content) I have deleted and re-installed the plugin but it didn’t help. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Btremb,
Do you happen to use a Theme Trust or a Think Up Theme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder that have reported faults with the latest version of WordPress. We recommend directly contacting those theme developers if you’re using any of their themes that come bundled with a page builder.
If this isn’t the case please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, and if you are, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
Yes — it is a Think Up theme. I will follow up with them. Thanks Alex.
