I’m out of the resources of the page builder. After updating the plugin and its resources have disappeared and remained only the theme vantage.

Please ensure you have the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder installed. Version 2.4.8. If you do can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
already deactivated and activated the plugin, but it did not work. Pages with elements page builder are blank, the plugin does not appear among the installed and try to reinstall the message that the directory already exists.
The theme is the premium vantage if you prefer you can pass access.

Okay so basically it looks like you’re experiencing a permission error. To correct this you’re going to have to FTP into your server and navigate to your-wordpress-install-directory/wp-content/plugins and delete the siteorigin-panels directory. Alternatively, you could contact your hosting provider and request their help with removing this directory.
Once the directory is removed, install and activate the plugin and you should be good to go.
Deletes the folder and installed again. Everything returned to normal. Thank you!
