page builder conflict

Hi,

The page builder isn’t showing on my wordpress site. The front end is fine – all my page built content looks OK, but the builder has gone from the editor window in the backend and the pages can’t be edited. The content in the editor is not showing in blocks and all pagebuilder options are gone.please help me.

    Hi Ubaid

    Try temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, does the issue resolve in that state?

    No..Sir when I am going to edit a page like home than the option of page builder doesn't appears while when we add new page than page builder appears.
    Why this problem happens sir..?

    Thanks for the feedback. To confirm, did you retest the issue with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated? If so, redo the test by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and also temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, does the issue persist?
