Hello!
I am pretty sure that I using WordPress 4.5.3 and have I also believe that I have installed Page Builder 2.4.10. But, when I go into editing a page, first thing I notice is that the “page builder” tab does not say “page builder” but instead says “undefined.”
But when I click on the “undefined” tab it does take me to Page Builder, but the main problem right now is that it seems I cannot add anything like rows, widgets, or prebuilt layouts.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help!
Jimmy
Hi Jimmy,
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hey Alex,
Thank you for your help. I think I did everything you suggested, but unfortunately it’s still not working. Anything else I can try?
Hi Jimmylee27
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Okay, done! Thank you!
Hi Jimmy,
:( You’re actually running a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder based on version 2.1.5 which isn’t compatible with WordPress 4.5.3 (as it out at the time). Their version may be compatible but I’m unfamiliar with the code base, and as a result, this error. As such we’re not really able to you due to the vast feature and version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directly about this issue. Sorry mate. :(
Ah okay. Bummer! Thanks for checking it out for me!
Is there a way to use/purchase and install your guys' plugin?
Hi Jimmy,
To clarify, SiteOrigin Page Builder is 100% free. So, if you could uninstall the fork provided by your theme and replace it with the main version. This will work but you need to understand that you will lose anything the developer had done to the fork. For your theme, I’m 99% sure it’s a few widgets and custom layouts.
