The update to this plugin broke access to the WP Admin portion of my site. Please advise.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, thanks for getting in touch.

To confirm, you’re unable to access your WordPress admin? If so, please let us know the error or message you’re seeing.

    Hi Andrew,

It appears that the recent update has resulted in a disruption of access to the WordPress Admin panel. The error message being displayed is a generic one which reads “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I was able to access the Admin panel by deactivating the WP Plugin folder using my FTP login.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Please enable debugging in your WordPress wp-config.php file and recreate the issue if possible—more on debugging here https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. With debugging enabled, you’ll receive a more detailed message. Once we know more, we can resolve the issue. Thanks again!
