By MJ, 6 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 6 years ago.

Hello guys,

I’ve have been trying to fix it for quiet a long time so I decided to come out and ask for support.

Page builder by siteorigin is blocking only a single translated page’s content.

Every other pages are alright.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Thanks for your support.

    Hi Mauro,

Can you please elaborate on the issue you’re facing specifically? What happens when you try and translate this page (that’s different to other pages)?

Also, does this issue occur if you temporarily disable all-none SiteOrigin plugins (leave Polylang activated) and are using a default WordPress theme?

    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for your message.

Basically Polylang and Page builder by siteorigin when both activated, are hiding this page content: https://www.secretadvert.com/pt/cliente/

However the English version hasn’t got any issues with it: https://www.secretadvert.com/client/

I tried to fix it by using several approach however nothing really worked.

Do you now why the translatable page does not show the content?

    Kindly regards.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mauro,

Have you translated/copied over the contents of the English page to the Portuguese version of the page? If so, would it be possible for you to send me an export for both the English and Portuguese pages? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Repeat this export process for the other page. Please upload both of the exports to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io or FireFox Send (FireFox is not required).
