Page Builder by SiteOrigin for Create, Pages Not Updating

I’m trying to make a few changes for a client of mine whose site was built using the Create theme, and the Page Builder plugin. I noticed that when making changes using the WordPress Visual Editor, the pages themselves were not being updated. I tried disabling plugins one by one, and found that the Page Builder plugin was the cause. Could you advise me on how to fix this issue?

    Hi BlueIvoryCreative,

    Theme Trust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the large version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directly for support on this issue.

    Thanks for the info! This may be outside of your realm of support, but there’s nowhere to create an account on Theme Trust, and they will not allow you to view the forums without an account. Do you have any idea how I can get in touch?
