‘Page Builder by SiteOrigin’ breaks Membership 2 (wpmudev plugin) register functionality

Register functionality stops working if I activate ‘Page Builder by SiteOrigin’ plugin. It works perfectly fine if I deactivate page builder plugin. I can see the same issue has been reported by another user on https://siteorigin.com/thread/siteorigin-fails-on-membership2-wpmudev-plugin-register-page/. But some replies are in private on it and I could not post a reply on the same thread so had to create another one.
