Page Builder Button disapears when page is published

Im working with wprdpress version 4.9.2 and page builder version 2.6.2. I have installed a theme called “mh magazine”, i think nothing special. This theme has 7 page templates, one of it is a “full page template” and i want to place several column on the content area with page builder. My problem is, when creating the page everthing goes fine, i can work with page builder, can create rows and columns can place widgets (the Site Origin Editor of course ;-) but when i publish the page, the Page Builder Button disapears and i can not make changes on that content area any longer. The original input comes correctly but without changing it, it is of no use.
Any idea what goes wrong??
Best regards

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gerhard,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
