Page Builder Adding A Ton of ‘/’ & Updating Issue

Using page builder to layout specific items for our restaurant, specifically menus on the homepage. When simply editing the text, the plugin adds hundreds of ‘/’ in the database and never uploads the site. A error message i eventually receive is below. I believe it is a bug seeing how everything else on the site and server are working fine. Just in case the image doesnt load correctly, it reads:

“Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/wp-admin/post.php
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.
Additionally, a 413 Request Entity Too Large error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.””

Please help!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Arya,

This sounds like a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
