Page Builder activated but not active

My site is www.tng-global.com
I’m running WordPress version 5.1.1–en_AU
Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.10.2

Page Builder is activate and shows up in the WordPress dashboard settings menu. However, the plugin is not working. When I edit the page, the Site Origin menu is not showing.

I’ve tried the following but still unsuccessful:
1. Deactivate all plugins and run only Page Builder by SiteOrigin
2. Delete Page Builder by SiteOrigin, and reinstalled and activated
3. Delete cache history in browser and flush cache in SiteGround cPanel
4. Changed to one of your Site Origin themes

Any other ideas?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Marc,

It sounds like you’re using the Block Editor which has slightly different methods of using our plugins. We’ve introduced two blocks that allow you to use our plugins in the Block Editor. They are the:

    • The SiteOrigin Layout – This Block is a full SiteOrigin Page Builder in Block form
    • The SiteOrigin Widgets Block – This Block allows you to add SiteOrigin Widget Bundle widgets directly to your page.

If you would rather, you can restore the previous WordPress editor by installing the Classic Editor plugin.
