Hi SiteOrigin,

my standard WordPress editor shows the extra tab for Page Builder, but if I try to use it, a new windows opens and asks me to install the page builder.
If I try this nothing happens.
If I try to install page builder as a new plugin, it fails and telling me that the folder already exists.
However, it does not appear in my list of plugins.

I would appreciate any help very much!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Agnes,

This is a sign of a failed plugin installation. To fix this issue you’ll need to FTP into your website and navigate to your WordPress directory, then wp-content/plugins and delete siteorigin-panels. If you need help with doing this, I would recommend getting out to your hosting provider.

Please open your website again and navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New. Search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
