Hello, i’m using Page Builder with “Company Law” WordPress theme. Page builder is active, after clicking on add a row, i can choose the widthness of my culumns, but i can’t validate the choice and I can’t insert the row. Does somebody have a solution to this problem? I ‘ve tried to desactivate all other extensions, but the problem is still the same. Thank you
JC

Hi Alex
I’m new to Word Press and have been following a You Tube tutorial.
I’ve got as far as this guy, and trying to add rows it’s just not letting me add them in at all.
Really frustrating as I felt like I was learning and moving along swiftly.
I was wondering if you could help me out with this please?
Thanks,
Amy
Hi Amy,
That, again, sounds like a plugin conflict. I would recommend doing the steps outlined above to see if you’re able to resolve this issue. If the above doesn’t help; can you please start a new thread with your question? We can only offer you the best support possible when you’re the owner of a thread.

Hi Jean-Claude,
I’m very sorry. I was not aware that Company Law was a ThinkUpThemes product. ThinkUpThemes runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the version and functionality differences as you’ve no doubt seen. We recommend contacting Think Up Themes directly for support on this issue.
Once again, I’m very sorry for the misinformation on my part.

Hi Jean,
As much as I want to help you (and I really do), I can’t. The version difference between the main version and the fork you’re using is too large. You need to contact ThinkUpThemes for support.
I’m sorry. :(

Hi Jean-Claude,
Yes but as you’ve seen, you’ll lose certain widgets as they were added by ThinkUpThemes. It should be noted that there is a Google Maps widget included in the main version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle so I would recommend switching to our version also. Once you’ve installed the main version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle please navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and activate your desired widgets.
I was under the impression that you weren’t able to switch due to you stating your pages were deconstructed – sorry!

Hi Jean-Claude,
I’m not familiar with the settings you’ve mentioned and I suspect that may have been why they forked our plugin initially. You might have to contact ThinkUpThemes about that issue as they would know more about it than I.
