Page buider by SiteOrigin

Hi Dear!

We have 2 different websites. Both using the same Sydney template. Both using the 2.5.7 Page builder by SiteOrigin plugin
But in one, we have the “THEME” option. And in the other one, we don’t have it. Also we have in the “DESIGN” section, overlay option, but in the other one do not have it. We cleared all the cache in browser, in WordPress. Could you help us on this please?

    Hi Steve,

    Can you please show me a screenshot of the theme and design settings group? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
    Is one of the websites using the pro version and the other the free version?

    Is there a plugin difference between the two sites? If so, please Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
