Hello
Yesterday i spent over 8 hours doing my bio page on my website, and the page builder was working perfectly.
Today i go to correct and add a few new things to the page only to find that the page builder no longer shows up
in the editor and that my whole page structure has been changed, I am unable to edit anything as i cant find the right part as my page structure that i built with the page builder has gone, how is this possible, I have not updated my WordPress theme or anything, I have not downloaded any new plugins. it was working fine yesterday when i had done my work but when i signed back in today i have no Page Builder and all my pages a mess as i used the page builder to build most of my pages.
I cant even start over from scratch as the page builder just does not show up in the editor any more.
How is it possible that it was working fine yesterday and with no change to my website, i no longer have a page builder and all my pages are a mess an uneditable as i cant find the structure.
I am using WP v 4.6.1 and the plugin version is 2.4.16

Missing page builder screenshot

Your image button is not working in this message so i cant add an image.

Plugin Shows Active

Please help me fix this as without the page builder my website is ruined and i would have to start all over again and look for a page builder again that will work with WP 4.6.1
I do not understand how it stopped working, when there were no changes to my website, when i logged out everything was fine, when i logged back in today the pages on my website editor were a mess with all structure gone, text missing, images missing social buttons missing basicaly every item i added with a widget all gone
Any help in fixing this would be amazing thank you.

    Hi Ito Musica,

Ah, sorry – saw your Bought Site Origin Premium, Not able to activate thread first. Don’t worry about doing the plugin conflict test.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

I have a similar problem – I had to change the site, because all of a sudden I did not have the site builder any more. When I try to install it again it tells me that the folder already exists.
    Best regards
    Manfred

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Manfred,

When this happens it basically means that WordPress has either incorrectly removed the plugin or incorrectly installed the plugin (and it failed to the point where it isn’t getting picked up). To resolve this issue you’re going to have to FTP into your website and navigate to wp-content/plugins and then delete the siteorigin-panels directory. If you’re unfamiliar with FTP I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for support with it.
