Padding Above ‘Consultant’ Layout – Pushing Content Down

Hi,

My website (and the page in question) is: www.deeanaradley.com

I have white space / padding above the Consultant layout that needs to be removed.

Can you tell me how to remove the padding so the layout appropriately feels the screen.
