I want a row to overalap hero slider row. I tried to do the minus the margin trick on the hero row but the top hero frame is overlapping and hiding the below row while i want the 2nd row to over lap the hero frame. Is it possible to make the rows go to top or send to back kind of a thing?

I hope I am making sense. I want to bring the 2nd row on top of the 1st row which is a hero slider. as for now the top row is overlapping and hiding the below row. I want to make it vice versa.

Please help
