I got no problem with WP dashboard in english, but the people who navigate into my website know more Spanish than English…

You’ll need to use http://poedit.net/ to translate Origami. Within the theme /languages/origami.pot, you need to use that file to translate the theme. Your two output files should be es_ES.po and es_ES.mo. Poedit will create the .mo file for you. Once complete you need to insert these files into a new languages folder contained in a child theme. I’ve created the child theme for you to use, you can find it here: https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/origami-child.zip.
Unzip the folder, insert your translation .po and .mo files in there. Re-zip it and install via Appearance > Themes > Add New.
