Example:
You can see on our main page at https://gectesting.com that we have a gap between page content and the edges of the body of the page. I am making some additions that are important due to COVID-19 and it looks horrible. When I click the option to edit a row, the layout options are not available for at least 10 seconds. When I input options, click “done”, and go back in, the changes are gone. We have made no changes with our plugins other than trying to update them during troubleshooting. I can’t fathom what’s causing this issue.
Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Page Builder not working normally:
Please, try seeking a working baseline as follows; temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Next, temporarily change your theme from Make to Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty. Once done, re-test the issue, is the problem persisting? Once the test is complete you can reactivate your plugins and theme.
Padding:
The padding around the edges of the content area is originating from Make. Make has options to remove the padding below the header and above the footer: https://thethemefoundry.com/docs/make-docs/customizer/content-layout/ but I don’t see a left/right option. You could perhaps try reaching out to theme support. Another option might be to try our SiteOrigin CSS plugin which offers a visual editor for making CSS changes.
