I have been having this issue for a while I have tried several different options to see why it’s doing this. However, I think it’s a problem with the plugin itself.
I have captured the issue where I attempt to save just 2 Call-To-Action widgets not saving. It’s happening with all widgets that link somewhere else (even inline links)
I am running WordPress 4.9.1 using SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.11.2. Here are the 2 video captures

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for letting us know about this. I’ve logged this as a bug in our issue tracker. We’ll investigate this as soon as possible and try come up with a fix.
I have received the latest update and have seen the release notes, and it looked at those the issue was fixed… however I am still having the issue. My main page is awpwx.org, where I am re-writing it. The SiteOrigin Features widget still is not saving the “Open URL in new window” option between saves. Un-ticking the option with the individual Features is not doing anything either.
Hi Andrew,
Unfortunately, that was a different compatibility issue with the newest version of Beaver Builder. I’ve pinged the development team about this issue to hopefully increase its priority.
