I have also found the same issues when trying to edit widgets in the ‘Customise’ live editor view. The button for the widget that says ‘Open Builder’ no longer functions. This has only happened since the latest WordPress Core update, no plugin changes since I’ve had it installed.

I can’t seem to replicate this issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If that doesn’t help, can you please try opening the builder again and when it doesn’t work, please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
Also, can you please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments at this time so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
