Plugin has begun to break gradually one week ago.
At first we couldn’t choose size and stile of font (dropdown menu), then after the last plugin update font styles stopped to work, but dropdown menu started to work again. We rolled back to previous version 1.9.5. After that we were working without dropdown menu, also sometimes refresh button didn’t work. And now among these problems we can see just html code without opportunity to see visual redactor, and also all the dropdown menu works (screen settings, help, etc.) Please, help us.

I’m very sorry about the issues you’ve been experiencing lately. I would recommend trying the latest version of the SiteOrigin Widgets bundle, 1.9.7, and clear your browser cache. If the HTML issue you’re experiencing is still occurring, I would recommend running a plugin conflict test (this isn’t a widespread issue so it’s likely a compatibility introduced as a recent update). Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
