Only Homepage going full width

I Am using page builder with the Colorlib Shapely theme and for some strange reason only the home page is going full width.

I noticed that there are only negative margins added to the inline styling of home page sections even though “full width” or “full width stretched” is specified in the row layout tabs

cqd.net (full width)
cqd.net/testimonials (not full width but should be)

Any suggestions?
