One Title to Rule Them All

9 years ago · Last reply by rztutor 9 years ago

Hello!

Awesome plugin, a must for WP newbs like myself. Running into a few customization questions that I hope someone can address for me.

Question 1: I am trying to create a row in SiteOrigin Editor with multiple columns. However, I need them to all be unified under ONE title, and not all have separate titles. How does one go about accomplishing this?

Question 2: Is it possible to insert an image into the SiteOrigin Editor but have it basically do the “Wrap–>Through” option found in Word or does it have to be anchored?

Thanks!
Rich

    Hi Rztutor,

Thank you for the kind words! :)

    1. To clarify, are you talking about a page builder row with multiple columns or a SiteOrigin editor with multiple columns? If it’s the latter, I would recommend something like Advanced WP Columns. It’ll basically add a button to your SiteOrigin editor that will allow you to build columns in the manner you’re after.

I’m not too srue what you mean by one title.

    2. There are wrapping options but the wrap through method is very early days and is supported by next to nothing at the moment. As such, you’re not able to use it at the moment – Chrome and FireFox can’t even display it. Sorry mate.

    Hey Alex,

    1. I was talking about a page builder row with multiple columns but I’ve figured it out myself.

For those who are wondering the same thing, I added a layout builder to a page builder row –> inserted a text widget with my title –> inserted a second row with siteorigin editor and multiple rows –> adjust padding/spacing as needed.

    2. Ok, that’s what it sounded like from my online searches. Thanks for the confirmation!
