older build – transfered to new host, widgets gone

Hi there.
Site is omgtrolley.com build about 2 yrs old.
The site does indeed have vantage premium on it but i dont have the ownership code for it.

Hosting died, moved to new host, restored site and – now some widgets have disappeared and leave the site looking broken.

FAQ’s, Contact Form, etc – mostly the FAQ’s tho, if I could replace those would be great but im guessing – all is ogne, only thing I can do is rebuild, would that be about right?

Any hep/direction would be great Thanks~

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Blake,

So, to confirm, your pages remain intact outside of these missing widgets? That’s strange. It sounds like you had a plugin installed on the previous host but it’s not installed on the new host. I say this as we don’t have a FAQ widget so I’m not too sure what is adding that widget.

Do you receive an error message when you open these widgets? If so, what is the error message you specifically receive?

    Hi Alex

The error message i get is 'widget missing' not 'plugin missing' which is why I came to S.O. to ask about things.
The structure etc. of all within vAntage stayed the same, and other pages –
homepage, about – mostly stayed the same. Thing is, I didnt delete any items, i used Updraft to transfer items over so al lShould have ocme through, just not sure if its widgets that are no longer supported etc.

Anyhow, let me know if there's anythign instant-like lol that you can think of to solve things, if not I'll just get to re-building.

    Hi Blake O’Ruairi,

Can you please clarify what the specific widget name it’s stating as missing? All of our widgets start with siteorigin_ so if the widget name doesn’t contain SiteOrigin, it’s being added by something else. I might be able to work out what is adding that widget based on the reported name – if I can, you can simply re-enable/re-add it back and you should be good to go.

if it had any kind of name atached i'd already know what it was lol!
    I'll just rebuild., – tks for help`
