Odd Responsiveness Behaviour

Hi guys,

First off, amazing theme, really well done.

Secondly, I have a little issue which has been racking my brain and I hope one of you could lend me a hand.

I purchased Vantage Premium and am having an odd issue where by if I visit my website as a regular visitor I’m seeing my pages as if they were the small-screen respinsive-ized versions. However, if I visit the exact same pages logged-in (an admin) then the pages appear as I’d like them to (i.e. the regular, non-squished pages).

An example is, if you pop over to http://v2.hosthallam.com/ you can see the three packages boxes on the page are on top of each other. However, if you were to log in as an admin, you’d see them side-by-side.

I’ve checked all the theme config (mobile px limits, etc) and everything seems to be as it should.

Thanks in advance,
Daniel.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Daniel

Thanks for your support and positive feedback.

Please can you try the following for me:

    1. Run any pending updates available at Dashboard > Updates.

    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-check the problem. If it’s resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

Hi there, thank you for your support.

It turns out the culprit is the iThemes Security plugin, previously named WP Better Security.

If there’s anything you can suggest which would resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated as this is a VERY popular plugin.

    Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’ve run Vantage and that plugin on several sites. Check how you’ve set it up. Unfortunately many themes don’t handle well with CSS and JS minification in place. That could be the culprit here.

    Alternatively give https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/ a try.
