o on Wedget Edit Screen

I am unable to edit any of my Site Origin Widgets. On the edit pop up I only see a 0 in the upper left corner of the page. I have tried deactivation of all my plugins and changing the theme back to twenty nineteen. I am hoping there is a fix for this, please help.

    I wanted to add that I just tried Troubleshooting Mode and still getting the “o” only in the edit screen

    Thanks for reaching out.

    0 is a sign that the request has failed server side. Typically, this is as a result of a plugin conflict but it could be as a result of the server closing the connection. As you’ve tried a plugin conflict test, please, reach out to your hosts and ask if they can kindly check their ModSecurity logs. They’ll hopefully find requests being blocked and can adjust their rules accordingly to accommodate this false positive.
