Number of rows per page and widgets

11 years ago · Last reply by Greg Priday 11 years ago

Hello, I am developing a website with Vantage Premium theme, my question is how many rows and widgets fit into a divider? because when I put on the page more than six or seven rows or around the ad is not updated!

Thank you very much for your reply.

    Hi Manel

You should be able to add as many rows and columns as required. Just keep in mind that in order for your layout to be saved the rows need to have widget content in them.

I understand that this has to be such as you say. As I understand it, I should be able to add an unlimited number of rows and widgets but to refresh the page if I get over 10 widgets does not work.

For example I did the test with this structure:
    -First row:
1 single column and inside each column 10 “image (PB)” widgets.

    -Second row
3 columns and inside each column 1 “image (PB)” widget.

    -Third row
2 columns and inside each column 1 “image (PB)” widget.

After completing this structure page I refresh and the result is as follows:

-The browser screen goes blank with this link without loading more than half a second:
    http://www.nameofthepage.com / wp-admin / post.php

When I return to worpress editor, using the back button of GoogleChrome, the structure shown only 9 widgets in total and I lose the rest of the structure of the page.

This happens to me also using other structures besides this page sample structure, mixing different types of widgets.

Why can this happen? Can you help me?

    Thank you again!

Please head to Dashboard > Updates. Check that there are no updates pending. Then head to Plugins and temporarily disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Re-check, if the problem resolves re-activate your plugins one at a time to find the conflict.

    Hello again Andrew:

I have updated the Page Builder. I have verified that there was no update available.

I disabled absolutely all pluggins and have left active only Page Builder.

    The error still occurs.

Is there anything else I can do? Canst thou tell me something to help me?

It is a very big hassle not being able to have the full potential of this tool and have a maximum limit. This takes away a lot of elegance to the results that can be achieved.

    Thank you very much again!

Do you have access to your server logs? If I can see any errors you might be getting, that would be a huge help.
