nowhere to put premium code

Hi all, I have the vantage premium developer code but I cannot find where to enter it. I have followed instructions on other threads and they all lead to buy options which is no use to me. any help would be appreciated

    Hi Gordee,

    Vantage Premium requires a manual install now. To obtain a copy of Vantage Premium, you’ll either need to fill out this form or contact premium support (please refer to your Dashboard for more information).

    Once you have a copy, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add NewUpload Theme and upload / activate Vantage Premium. Once you’ve installed Vantage Premium, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsPremium and input your order code.
