It looks like you updated the Vantage theme. With the older version, I could easily enter my order ID number.
Now, there is nowhere to enter the premium order number.

I heard from Alex, very fast and excellent support.
Apparently, you have to upload the old theme, which he attached in an email as a zip file. The newest version, temporarily, doesn’t support adding an order number. Pasting his email below.

This is tricky as We’re currently transitioning from a multiple product to single product business model (which will include Vantage Premium and many additional features on top of that). So to prevent any confusion / frustration during this time we’ve made changes to prevent purchases for the time being.
To upgrade to Vantage Premium please navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Themes and change to a non-Vantage theme and then delete Vantage. Please click Add new and upload and activate the attached version of Vantage. Then please navigate to WP Admin > Appearance > Vantage Premium and click the Already Purchased? button in the top right of the page.
Do we actually still need to input the order number as the free them has all the premium features now?

Hi Dan,
There are still feature differences in the premium version which will become more apparent when the updated premium version is released (which will be very soon). I would recommend upgrading to the premium version via using the older version fo the theme.
