Last week the customizer stopped working, now I can’t save pages. I have done the same page over 5 x. I have deactivated all the plugins, nothing has helped. This site is till in test. (and at this rate will never be finished). Can you help with these problems, please.

    Hi Sunnywest

We’ve resolved a customizer issue. It turned out to be an issue with the maps widget in the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. We’re busy testing the fix, and should be releasing it shortly.

The pages not saving is probably a separate issue. Can you see what’s happening that might be stopping the pages from saving? Are you getting any PHP errors? Which widgets are you adding to your pages?

I just updated siteorigin widgets and customizer is now working. Saving pages is not. I am only using the visual editor and there no error messages. thanks Joan

    Hi Sunnywest

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Hi Andrew – I disabled all the plugins and then started again and the pages magically appeared – all that I had already made. So problem

Awesome, really glad to hear you made progress on this.

Let us know if anything else comes up.

    All the best.
