Hi there! I am facing error while inserting clone pages when the user logged in as Author from Add New Post.
When I click on Posts>Add New>Page Builder>Layout>Clone: Pages>My Sample>Insert After/Before/Replace Current then It gives {“success”:true,”data”:[]} while it’s working when i change the User Role as Admin or Editor.
I have debugged it as my experience but i didn’t resolve it then after i wanna your help.
Hi Shamaa,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Hey there!,
This problem is not only on my website. I think, it is global issue to all. I’ve given you Administrator and Author both username and password below. Just do one thing. Click on Posts > Add New > Page Builder > Layouts > Clone: Pages > sample page and then insert it. After that ajax will give {“success”:true,”data”:[]} when you are logged in as Author otherwise from Admin/Editor it is fine.

that is test server. you can debugg it from that username and password
Hi Shamaa,
Unfortunately, we did not retain the provided details for security reasons. Please either recreate the account or email the details to the aforementioned email – that is private. Do not post the details publicly.
I think you can debug it from any project that you have. But don't worry i've changed username and password as you told me before.

Hi Shamaa,
Thanks. Can you please confirm your site URL?
Hey Alex,
Please reply, Is that issue resolved?
Hi Shamaa,
We haven’t been able to replicate this issue which is why we need to take a look at your website. Can you please confirm your site URL?

Hi Shamaa,
Thanks. I’m not too sure why this is happening on your website (you should be able to see all posts and pages) but I suspect I know what’s going on. This is how the internal request (the request we make to the server to output the posts/page list) on my local test install:
localhost/siteorigin/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_panelsnonce=a920c54d27&action=so_panels_layouts_query&search=&page=1&type=clone_post
This is what it looks like on your website:
snp.danishwebs.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_panelsnonce=xxxxxxxx&action=so_panels_layouts_query&search=&page=1&type=clone_post&_fs_blog_admin=true
I suspect whatever _fs_blog_admin is, that’s causing you issues.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? Only SiteOrigin plugins must be activated during this test! You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hey there!,
I've deleted all plugins/themes and switches the theme to SIteOrigin theme on this website http://snp.danishwebs.com/. But still facing that problem.
User name and password is same as i send you before and URL is
http://snp.danishwebs.com/wp-login.php please have a look, debug it and resolve it as soon as possible.
Let me tell you one thing as I told you before that it's not only on my website. I think, this is global error to all. If you are not sure then do this process that I've given below or you can debug it on my site also.
=> Download WordPress file.
=> Configure it on Local.
=> Install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
=> Create a sample page.
=> Create a testing user as Author
=> Login the account as Author (localhost/wp-login.php )
=> click on Posts>Add New>Page Builder>Layout>Clone: Pages>Sample
Page>Insert After/Before/Replace Current then It gives
{“success”:true,”data”:[]} while it’s working when i change the User Role as Admin or Editor.
Hi Shamaa,
Are you able to replicate this issue on with another hosting provider (excluding localhost)? I ask as I’ve tried to replicate this issue on a number of test servers (localhost, Bluehost, Ventraip, etc) and have been unable to. Please note that I’m not saying what you’re experiencing is wrong or incorrect in any way, only that I haven’t been able to replicate this issue offsite. I have been able to replicate this issue on your website.
