`not working while inserting clone pages when the user logged as Author

Hi there! I am facing error while inserting clone pages when the user logged in as Author from Add New Post. When I click on Posts>Add New>Page Builder>Layout>Clone: Pages>My Sample>Insert After/Before/Replace Current then It gives {“success”:true,”data”:[]} while it’s working when i change the User Role as Admin or Editor.
