Not displayed So Hero and Slider images

Hi,
I use your widgets on some of my pages, but after last update all pictures from these pages (http://vizualizace-hrubes.cz/pro-profesionaly/ and http://vizualizace-hrubes.cz/kontakt/) are gone. Could you help me with this? Thanks a lot. Ales

    Hi Aleš,

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,
    disabling all plugins did not help:-( I found this code on the page, where one picture should be: <div class="sow-slider-base" style=”display: none”> and I think it could be the problem. But I haven’t set this command anywhere. Could you help me with this?

    Hi Aleš,

    Does the issue resolve when you change the theme to a default?

    SiteOrigin Page Builder won’t hide the hero image by default so I suspect something else I doing it. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi,
    nothing changes. The pages are: http://vizualizace-hrubes.cz/pro-profesionaly/ and http://vizualizace-hrubes.cz/kontakt/. But even for new pages the widgets doesn’t work properly :-(
    I have made test page with your prebuild layout Fitness Gym if it help you.

    Hi Aleš,

    Okay. I’ve discovered what is causing you issues with the Hero widget. It’s the Autoptimize plugin. I would recommend disabling of having just Better WordPress Minify enabled.
