    Hi Joshua

This sounds very much like a plugin conflict issue. Please try running through the steps highlighted here: https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/ and let me know what you come up with.

I disabled all plugins and the site is still not saving theme settings.

    This is very frustrating!!!!

I see the problem with the slider is probably the setting – “Stretch the home page slider to the width of the screen if using the full width layout” that won’t save.

But don’t know what the settings not saving is all about.

Hi, just to follow-up on my email, the issue appears to have been resolved by re-installing the theme.

    All the best.

Andrew, thanks for your help but I really need to know what you did.. You fixed it on a test site, and when I copied it to the site that I am actually working on, it broke again. It even says that I need to purchase the premium version.

Hi. I re-installed the theme from the ZIP file. It’s possible to download the ZIP file from the link contained in your order email and the following instructions.

After doing so head to Settings > General and ensure your order number is entered at the bottom of that page.
