Hi Kelvin,
Have the icons been disabled? Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize. Please open Theme SettingsNavigation and ensure Menu Search is enabled. Then please go up a menu and open the WooCommerce settings group and ensure Display Cart is ticked.
The icons not disabled, and the setting in woocommerce at customize themes i’ve ticked. But still not appear.

Hi Kelvin,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Done! Please check your email.
Hi Kelvin,
Unfortunately, we haven’t received the WordPress email. Can you please try changing the created account’s password and getting WordPress to resend it to us?
For reference, you’ll be notified when we receive the email.

Hello, any solutions?
Hi Kelvin,
Unfortunately, we still haven’t received an email from your website. This may sound silly, but is your website able to send emails?
Can sir, i personally send it from my gmail, [email protected]
Hi Kelvin,
Sorry for the delay.
You have a plugin installed that’s adding this. Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and deactivate the WooCommerce Menu Cart plugin.
Hi Alex,
I’ve deactivated the plugin, but still can’t appear. Please Help.
Thanks,
Kelvin
Hi Kelvin,
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If this doesn’t help, can I create a backup of your website for testing?
