North Theme, Hero image overlaping Header

Hi
Thanks for providing us with al this good material :)
Im using the North theme and since I updated in feberuary 2017 the Hero image and the slider widget is overlaping the Header.
I have tried to solve this on my own but cant figure it out.
Greatful for help :)

    Hi Pete,

    Sorry about that! This should be resolved in the latest version of North. If it’s not for you, please try clearing your browser cache. If that still doesn’t work, you can fix this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Add the following CSS.

    #masthead.site-header {
    z-index: 1000;
}

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
