North and Unwind not loading Customization Options

UNWIND and NORTH themes – neither will load customization panel through WordPress. Spins and never loads.

ORIGAMI loads and works fine.

Re-Installed WordPress – current version. Same issue. I know I am using Free themes, but I want to try them out before purchasing a paid theme. UNWIND and NORTH have built-in Woo Commerce integration – ORIGAMI does not – so I would really like to try out UNWIND or NORTH for testing – but neither let me customize my site.

Any idea why ORIGAMI loads customization fine but NORTH and UNWIND do not?

    Hi Quartersquared,

    Unfortunately, I’m not too sure why this may be happening. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
