No woocommerce shortcode working

Hi,

This is my promblem; When i try to add [products ids=”10016253,10016254,10016255″], in site origin builder editor nothing appear, its blank on front end. I try to desactivate all plugin and keep only pb and woocommerce and nothing change. I try to change my theme and it still blank. I have try to put any woocommerce shortcode and its not working. My theme is SAHA from theme junkie.

    Hi Jennifer,

    To clarify, is that the exact shortcode you’re using? If so, I suspect the issue is the shortcode itself as the second quote is a different quotation mark. Please try:

    [products ids=”10016253,10016254,10016255"],
