No upgrade code window for Vantage

I have purchased Vantage Premium and successfully installed and tested it on localhost. Unfortunately the migration to GoDaddy has not been so successful, so I am falling back to rebuilding on the GD-supplied WP install. After installing Vantage through the WP dashboard, the button for SiteOrigin Premium does not have a window to enter my upgrade code, and only shows the blue “Find Out More” button, so I am unable to upgrade.

    Hi Ms,

    Vantage Premium must be installed manually. I’ve filled out this form and you’ll be sent an email shortly with a download link for Vantage Premium. Once downloaded, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add NewUpload Theme and upload/activate Vantage Premium. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsPremium and input your premium code.

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
