No slider header on shop/product page.

Me again. I have the Vantage Premium. I had a metaslider running on all pages on the site. Everypage shows it perfectly except for the shop/product page that shows the list of products for sale. I read thru some of the other posts in the forums about this issue but the last thing I saw was from 6 months ago and the issue waas not resolved in the Vantage theme. Is there a fix now. And yes, I have metaslider selected, i have full width,no title selected. I tried all the other page sizes as well, (i.e. blog, default, etc.) Thanks! :)

    Hi guys!
    I have never received a response to this issue and it is still a problem. And now I’ve used the Vantage theme for another client and I’m having issues with that one as well that I need support for. I’ve opened another ticket. HELP!

    Sorry to see we missed this one. I recently created a child theme to handle this, let me go find that. I’ll be with you shortly.

    The above child theme can be installed from Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme. Activating a child theme will cause Customizer and Menu location settings to reset. Test the child theme out before redoing those. To get the child theme slider working you’ll need to edit Appearance > Editor > functions.php, with the child theme activated and very carefully edit the ID of the Meta Slider shortcode we have there.

    Hi Andrew!
    Thanks so much for responding. I'm reeeally not comfortable touching the PHP files. It never ends well for me. I see a lot of people have complained about this issue so is it something that can be rectified in the next update you guys make? Thanks again!
       If it's meant to be nothing can stop it. If it's not, anything will.

    For sure, it does need to be resolved, I’ll make sure a case is logged now.

    If you go to Meta Slider, check the right column, at the bottom there is a shortcode, let me know what the ID is there. I’ll then set this child theme up for you so that no editing will be required.
