No Page Builder Tab

Hi. Big Page Builder fan here. :)

On the backend, the Page Builder tab disappeared. The WYSIWYG editor was also buggy. It would only display the Text tab and wouldn’t load the Visual tab.

I disabled all plugins, added periods before their names in the Cpanel so they’re unrecognized by WordPress. No change.

I found this thread and followed the advice here: https://siteorigin.com/thread/page-builder-button-gone-from-page-editor/

After I reinstalled WordPress, the WYSIWYG editor bug resolved, allowed me to click between the Text and Visual tabs. The Page Builder tab, however, did not reappear.

Adding the following to the second line of the wp-config file didn’t improve anything for me:

define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );

Please help!?

Thanks.

    Hi Devin,

    Hm. This may sound odd, but is the Visual Editor disabled? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminUserYour Profile and ensuring Visual Editor is unticked.

    If it is enabled (as in, unticked), would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your setup?
