Hi
We have exactly the same problem (https://siteorigin.com/thread/no-longer-able-to-edit-wp-pages/). We can no longer edit the pages because they won’t load.
We use WordPress 6.9 and had installed the latest version of the plugin. Even downgrading the plugin didn’t help. Only after we deactivated the plugin did the page load again in the backend.
As the website is built on your plugin, we unfortunately cannot leave the plugin deactivated.
We only see the error message related to admin-ajax.php, which says ‘The network connection has been interrupted’. As soon as we deactivate your plugin, the error disappears.
Do you have any advice?
Regards
JB
Hi JB
Thanks for posting your question.
You can start the troubleshooting process by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the issue persist?
